On Monday, March 25, 2019, the east end of Hagy Street will
be CLOSED permanently to vehicular
traffic as part of the Urban Pathway.
This portion of Hagy Street will be for trail use only because the
existing right-of-way width, and current pavement cannot support vehicular
traffic. Also, safety concerns for the increased pedestrian traffic of trail
users, determined this section of the street needed to be closed to vehicles.
