“Best of Abingdon” Winners
From May 7-10, 2019, Community Development
Coordinator, Tonya Triplett; Community Relations Coordinator, Tenille
Montgomery; and IT Specialist, Jon Phelps, delivered the “Best of Abingdon”
awards to thirty (30) businesses. Each winner received a framed certificate, a
garden flag, and window cling. In addition, each winner was announced live on
the Town of Abingdon, Virginia Facebook page.
“It
was an honor to meet with the winners in their businesses and give them a small
token of our appreciation,” said Community Development Coordinator, Tonya
Triplett. “Our goal is to highlight our local businesses and remind the residents
of the outstanding opportunities Abingdon offers.”
