Closure:
The
annual Cruisin’ Classics Car Show will take place in downtown Abingdon on
Saturday, June 1st. To accommodate the car show, Remsburg Drive will
close at 2:00 p.m. to allow for registration and staging. At 3:00 P.M, we
will close West Main Street from Cummings Street to Russell Road to allow the
car show participants to set up. PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON WEST MAIN STREET
AFTER 2:00 P.M. Once the streets close, you may be stuck for the night if
you are parked on West Main during the closure.
Streets
will open to normal traffic at 10:00 P.M.
Please
be alert for detours and officers directing traffic for this event.
